problems. Actions taken by customers utilizing this service cannot be
controlled and, therefore, are undertaken at the sole risk of the user. PC
Pinpoint is not a reseller of software or software components. It is assumed
that all software installed is licensed through the appropriate software
company and all files provided by PC Pinpoint to correct software problems are
provided as replacement files for software that has been legally purchased. PC

make no warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the use of
this service and will in no event be liable for any indirect or consequential
damages of any nature suffered by any customer, client or third party due to

teach use of Windows® or other software. PC Pinpoint is designed to solve or
identify hardware and software problems.
